when restaurant scandinavia opened in december 1995 it was one of moscow’s first premium restaurants.
“scandi” quickly set a new style for high class cuisine in the russian capital becoming a favourite amongst the city’s dining-crowd.
the goal has always been, and will always be, to serve and show the best from scandinavia here in moscow.
the restaurant features contemporary and classic scandinavian and european cuisine with an emphasis on swedish dishes as well as signature dishes from the famous swedish culinary art.
during the years the swedish chefs have all brought various parts from “gastronomic sweden” to moscow, adapting it to moscow´s exclusive environment so that it should fit the city´s local as well as international community.
